Virgin disconnected us in error how long does it take to reconnect

Hi there,

Virgin disconnected us in error on the early hours of Sunday 1st August. This means we lost Tv and Broadband. I rang them up on the Sunday at 8 am and was advised we would be reconnected in the next 24- to 48 hours. 

My other half received an email telling us to return our box with Virgin stating on their website that we are no longer customers. My other half called again and was advised we would be reconnected tomorrow. Tomorrow has now come and we still don't have access.

Me and my other half are community NHS nurses and this is impacting on our work at a very busy time. I would appreciate some advice

Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Really sorry to hear that you're services were disconnected in error, did you have a disconnection booked and we disconnected early, or was the account closed down?
