Virgin did not turn up to collect boardband equipment.

Hi I ended my contract and was told that on the 17th April someone would collected the equipment from my home due to being disabled. No one turned up, and I tried for 2 hours to get through to virgin yesterday by phone. I need to get the equipment back to them before they charge me and due to my mobility issues I can not get to a yodal drop of point. Is there anyone on here that can help please.
