This is my second post on this forum. The first one was about the installation dates where there where moved around 3 times! Finally when the engineer arrived he did a mess! He connected the cables to my neighbours gate! Also left the cables outside without any cover! When I called with the complain again! They told me that they will send someone again! In the meantime When I checked my account Virgin has charged me £242.00!!! Apparently Virgin is charging new Customers for the first two months! But I am with Virgin over 15 years! On top of that I don't have a price plan for £15 per month like most of customers only I paid £135 per month! I just finished a phone conversation with Virgin and they told me that there is nothing they can do! Virgin media from the best company became a laughing stock! And I can't even leave as I got a contract with them!
