Hi,
Our property has previously had virgin and up to last year we used to get marketing material.
Our contract is now up with our current provider so was looking at virgin as an option for TV and Broadband but the postcode checker says it isn't available at our property.
Can anyone shed a light on why this might be before we have to renew?

Hi @Lukeh1101 thanks for your post although I'm sorry that Virgin isn't serviceable in your area.
That is strange if it was available last year, that it no longer is - I'd like to look into this further to hopefully resolve this matter.
