Hi, the virgin media is in my wife's name but she has died. How do I contact virgin media about changing it into my name.

You can also call the Bereavement Team on 0800 952 2302
They are open between 8am to 8pm Monday – Friday, and 9am - 5pm on Saturday, but closed on Sundays.
