In the last month my contract ended, changing the price of my bill from £55/month to £84/month. In my current house hold the package isn't necessary as all the features aren't being fully utilised. Also, I have recently found out I will be going to medical school in Cardiff in September. Therefore, I cannot reenter no yearly contract. At 20:03 I phoned customer services and explained the situation. After being given no options other than cancel, the operator 'Gavin' suddenly hung up the phone. #
