Hello people any advice as i hate calling!...my tv package contract was up in july...i had an online chat with `somebody`for over 1 hour...who remarkably lowered my price by a couple of quid..i was promised an email confirmation and it will appear on my `account` page...of course i got neither....i contacted c/s and its like the conversation never took place...a `ghost` conversation....regards...
