I've received a contract summary and contract information sheet to renew my contract but can't find a way to action it.Is there a way of progressing this?

For us the email with the Contract Summary Sheet as a PDF attachment contained the "Approve order" button.
For us the body of the email had a section like this ...

Hi, im an existing user and i used the webchat to do a new deal,
i have received
Contract Information & Contract Summary documents.
but im not sure if i have to confirm these or if the new deal will start automatically ??,

It should have automatically gone through.
You may wish to check the MyVM app here to see if the order is confirmed under the appointments tab.
