Is it possible to have Virgin Home Broadband and Business Broadband at the same address?

As far as I know, no. I believe you can have either one or the other.

Hi jamste1, 

Thanks for your post and apologies but No this isn't possible. 

The address would need to be registered as a business address with us therefore stopping you from being able to have a residential service.

im guessing business has less contention ratio?  I am on home and work from home, and the connection drop outs are crazy Smiley Sad

It all comes through the same wiring afaik so if there is an area issue I’d say you’d still have the issue? (Anyone correct me if I’m wrong or if business gets priority in traffic etc)

 

You do however get SLAs on a business connection and if it doesn’t meet them then you have ways to act.
