Hi I am having this same issue trying to register for an account. The confirmation email I received says it had expired after only just receiving it. I've tried requesting new emails but none are arriving to the inbox or junk mail.

Sorry to hear you are having issues when trying to register for an account. We can understand this is not ideal and we want to best help. Just to confirm, are you requesting the emails as seen here https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/register? If so when last did you attempt to confirm your email address?

Hi @Akua_A, Yes I can confirm I have been requesting emails from that link. I have been requesting them today, and I just tired again from the link provided here
