Hi, I have read a number of posts on this issue. The validation email did not work and I was told to call. Unfortunately no idea what my password is I need when I speak to the CS team, as I've never called them before. Not sure if I've set one up now as the validation failure was a number of weeks ago. Trapped in a circle.... I'm trying to see how I get a new validation email sent out and I'm getting no where and becoming frustrated. Suggestions or assistance from anyone? Please 🥺
