I am trying to update my username on my Virgin account as we are switching who is paying the bill to someone else in the house. When I click the verification link it says "Sorry but this link is invalid!". This means I can't get into the account.
Please help.

I am sorry you are having issues with the verification link, have you tried on different browsers? Or devices?
Please ensure all cookies are cleared
