VM account activation

Should I be able to connect to my online account prior to my connection date? So as I can review my billing details, I ask this  because they sent me emails confirming my account set up and web security settings......... kinda weird yet I can't login

Thanks for your post 

Sorry you have been having issues setting the account up online

I Have checked your account and can see this has all been installed now 

What I have done is send a copy of your first bill by email 

Anything else we are happy to help
