Hello
I'm a Virgin Media customer for around 4 years, and I'm trying to request VAT invoices from you guys so I can expense those in my accounts, as I have a Limited Company and I work from home.
Could someone help me, please? I spoke to your customer service on the phone, and the lady told me they would charge me 2 pounds per invoice... which is ridiculous and likely ilegal.
I have read this can be done and backtracked to years.
