Hello,
Since we moved address in July, we have stopped receiving VAT invoices for our Virgin Media account - even though we did receive one successfully to the new address in August.
Can you please help reinstate the sending of VAT invoices for us please - and also arrange for copies of the missing invoices to be sent?
