VAT Invoices

I have requested that Customer Services send me VAT invoices (both over the phone, and via live chat). Both times I've been told that they will arrive in the post within 7 days.

It's now been a month and nothing has turned up. Is there a specific department I can speak to in order to receive VAT invoices for my broadband?
