VAT Invoices (yet again)

Can one of the team please PM me to arrange all my missing VAT invoices?

On each of the 6 (?) times we've been around this loop I only ever get the historical ones. Whatever you do to make them automatically be sent does NOT work. I've completely given up hope of that ever happening but now it's the end of the financial year I need the missing ones.

Sorry to hear that you've not had the VAT receipts you requested sent to you again. Please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security with you. You can see your private messages at the top of the page in the envelope icon.

I have completed your VAT receipt request. It can take up to 10 days for the receipts to arrive via email. They may arrive in your spam/junk folder so please also check there too. If you have not received them within 10 days, please let me know and I'll investigate further.
