VAT Invoice

Hi all

Could anybody assist me to get VAT invoices from my account, I have been on the website now for an hour....and on the phone and got cut off even though the lady I spoke with didn't have a clue what to do, I can't even access previous bills never mind download one....I am now losing the will to live as always when you have to contact Virgin Media.

Any assistance would be appreciated very much

Thanks for you post 

Sorry to hear you are having issues getting VAT receipts 

We can do this easily from here by ordering previous up to 4 years back 

The going forward we can send out a monthly receipt for you 

If you wish for me to action this please let me know

Thanks for reply, I am after vat invoices back to April 2018, could they be emailed or somehow linked to my account so I can download and print?

Thanks for replying 

Sadly we can only send them out as paper copies 

It's no problem at all going back to April 2018 

These can take around 2 weeks to be printed and sent out 

Going forward I will make sure you get one copy for each month 

Can you check your private messages please, As I will need to pass security first to gain account access

This has all been sorted now for you. 

April 2018 to October 2019 have been requested and will be with you by post in the next 2 weeks. 

Moving forward the VAT receipt will be sent out at the end of the month starting November

I have the same problem, and the help desk are telling me they cannot help and cannot provide a VAT invoice?

But it looks like it can be done?

we will be able to provide this, we don't need this at the moment but do you have a Vat number? ^CW

Not personally - but to reclaim the expense I need VAT invoices

In order to for us to proceed we would need the VAT number.

I need VAT invoices from October 2018 until the present. I have the VAT number on hand.

Would it be possible to have delivered via email?
