Not sure if this is the proper place for my question.
Has anybody ever been able to make changes to their VM package on line? I just get the Oops message constantly and it's been like that for months. I really don't want to phone anybody. I'd rather do it online.
If your current contract is 'non standard' in any way, such as you have had discounts applied that are not part of the current bundle prices on offer, then you will not be able to use the online 'Upgrades and offers'.
In such cases you only option is to call in on the standard numbers.
