Upgraded account 10 days ago can not get through to team

I have upgraded account aware I have 14 days to amend or change, tried to get through for 10 days hang on for nearly 60 minutes then call gets cut every time !

Can you please expand on the upgrade you're referring to? Is this Volt related?

If this is Volt related, it can take up to 14 days to complete

Hi no it was a simple contract renewal and change of broadband speed. Which was implemented almost immediately, however I want to amend the speed change before my 14 days are up. As aware can’t change when that happens. However not been able to get to talk to anyone, every time hang on for an hour and get cut off. Can’t call during day as working.
