Hi there,
How long does you package upgrade take to show in Myvirginmedia. I upgrade yesterday and was told that my speed and complete package would be done today? Nothing has changed? Do I have to be more patient?

Normally it should show within a few hours but I have done a system check for you and can see everything as it should be.

If you reboot the router for me and run a wired speedtest via Ethernet on a PC/Laptop, what speeds are you getting?
