Upgrade not being processed

Hi,

I opted to upgrade my broadband connection to 1Gig through the online portal on the 7th April '23 and received the confirmation emails but had no follow up. I've called the support team and they advised that there was no outstanding order shown on my account and could not match the £6.20 upgrade offer that is being offered online (and stated in my new contract). I tried the upgrade again shortly after speaking with support, received the confirmation emails and contract again but the support team still cannot see the order.

Would love any information if possible.
