Upgrade TV package

On thursday I upgraded my broadband and phone package to include TV package including a 360 box. It was for a self install with equiptment to be delivered this monday.

I received an email acknowledment with an order reference WS7653317, informing me I would receive a further email confirming delivey date, which I have not received.

There are no open orders shown on my account when I look online and I have just spent about 40 mins talking to an agent on message who was as useful as a chocolate teapot.

Can you tell me whats happening with this order?
