I have recently upgraded from M200 to M500 Fibre Broadband, as it was stated to be an extra £10.80 a month, bringing my bill from £28.00 to £38.80 (as shown below)
Now I have received emails saying my new price is £60.80 (even though I am only 4 months into my 18month contract
Stating my next bill will be £96.88, which I am certainly not paying.
I have tried phoning 150 all day and either been randomly disconnected or holding for over an hour before hanging up.
Any help would be great
