Upgrade Order not Processed

Hi I have the same issue.  Made the update request online and was told that it would take effect by 5 Nov.  Change not made and we are not receiving the services requested.  I have the order number and confirmation email.

When did you make the online order?

If you have done an online order it can around 7 - 10 working days to become active has it been longer than this at all?
