Updated Package via WhatsApp

Hi!

My package was updated over WhatsApp and I was told I’d receive an email confirmation within half an hour but it’s been nearly two hours and I haven’t.

Can anyone help?

The only email confirmations that I've ever known sent, are the automated ones with the contract confirmation attached as PDF.

Those can be anything upto 24/48 hours after the new bundle is keyed into VM's system.
