Hi,
I believe I have been incorrectly billed and need to ring up to discuss the payment. However, when I try to do so I am asked for a password to access telephone services. Last time I spoke to Virgin support they said they would send one out to me - that was a month ago now and I have not received anything. Please can the password be resent?
