Unknown interactive game charge

Hi all

Just seen my latest bill and there is a game charge that appears called 'SEI Daily' we don't use the box for anything apart from watching recordings and live TV. My daughter has recently been pushing random buttons on controller when the TV is off but purchasing a game by accident.? Don't you need to have a pin number?
