Hi, I am having financial difficulties so I have applied for the universal credit broadband for £15, currently have a package with Virgin media which is going up to £62 in March which I cannot afford, does anyone know how long it takes to get a reply and how long till I can get my package switched over?

Sorry about you having to come on here to chase this up 

Any package changers can take 30 days 

The universal credit Broadband is called Essential Broadband 

Sadly is does need you to contact us to get this applied 

As we on this Community are unable to change packages
