Unable to use the phone how to contact re cancellation?

Live chat never works, there is no email address, I cannot use the phone.   So what am I meant to do?   I will just happily cancel the payments and leave it to default into oblivion if you would prefer VM?

can write to virginmedia via:
Virgin Media,
PO Box 333,
Matrix Court,
Swansea,
SA7 9ZJ

if you cancel payment, it will just be passed to debit collection agency, and will go into your credit file you defaulted.

i am aware of that, its little concern - if they want to make it so hard to cancel **bleep** um.
