Unable to setup a new account because password not accepted

Please can I DM you with my password - having same issue, trying to create a new password and nothing works!

Hi there chriscbenson, thanks for posting here on our forum and a warm welcome to the community.

Sorry to hear of an issue with logging to your online account, please try to reset your password for us and see if it clears out the issue for you?

You may have a read here and ensure the new password meets the requirements as seen below:

•  Must start with a letter.

•  Be between 8-10 characters.
•  Contain at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter.

•  Contain at least one number.

•  No special characters.
