Unable to register

So i just joined Virgin Media but when I tried to register an account with the email i signed up with, i keep getting 'you can't use this password, please try another', tried all passwords combination but to no avail. Anyone able to assist

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with getting a My VM account set up. 

We can certainly take a look in to this for you however we will need to pass data protection with you first. Waiting for almost 10 days to register an account is so weird but thanks anyways

Hi, decided to use a different email and I can now access the accounts area and linked it to my hub.
