Unable to register for online account

I’m unable to sign up for a Virgin Media account, I think as my email address is associated with a closed Virgin Media account. See screenshot attached of when trying to register. Any help to resolve would be awesome!

Yes, many years ago I've had a Virgin account associated with that email address.
