Unable to register for eBilling

Hi,

I'm a new customer and I received an email containing an account number and area reference with instructions to set up a My Virgin Media account for eBilling. When attempting to set up the account I get the error message "We can't find an account with the details you've provided" and I am unable to proceed with registration.
