Sick of this issue. It’s a known issue so I’m not even going to waste time explaining myself. 

please explain to me why a strong password that meets every single requirement is not accepted. Getting the error ‘ you can’t use that password please use another one’.

- I’ve tried using desktop instead of iPhone.

- I’ve cleared caches and cookies.

- I’ve tried multiple different passwords.

it’s time for someone to step in and fix this issue for me now. Can a virgin media team meHumber please just make the account for me as I’ve had enough.
