Is there anyway of sorting this out, tried phoning and texting but a complete waste of time, bit of a joke really.

I have just heard back from our IT team regarding this. 

 

They have updated their systems regarding this. Please try registering again and let me know if the issue persists.

I'm so sorry you are still waiting for a resolution on this @Markerz but we will continue to contact the IT teams in regards to this and update you as we can.

I'm still unable to register for a Virgin Media account, this is getting on for a year now!!!!!!!

Not interested in apologies, just want it sorted, it's an absolute joke.
