Unable to register for My Virgin Media


I have been trying to register for My Virgin Media for a few weeks now since placing my order without success. I thought maybe it was because my services had not gone live yet, but everything has been installed and set up today and I'm still having no joy.

I am entering my surname, account number and area code, then completing the whole of the next page, but it comes up with the following message:

"Some information is missing or incorrectly entered. Please check below and try again."

There is no missing information or incorrect information so I'm not sure what to do...

Any guidance would be much appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue registering for My Virgin Media. Checking your account today it looks as though you are already registered. 


Have you been successful doing this since posting? If not, then it won't allow you to register as the account already is. 


Try logging in using the details you initially used to set things up with.
