I have been trying to register for My Virgin Media for a few weeks now since placing my order without success. I thought maybe it was because my services had not gone live yet, but everything has been installed and set up today and I'm still having no joy.
I am entering my surname, account number and area code, then completing the whole of the next page, but it comes up with the following message:
"Some information is missing or incorrectly entered. Please check below and try again."
There is no missing information or incorrect information so I'm not sure what to do...
