Unable to register for My Virgin Media Account

Hi, same issue for me - I'm a new customer, have had broadband set up and working for a few days now but can't create an account. When I try ti register it tells me I'm already registered and when I try to do a forgot password it doesn't recognise my email so I'm stuck going around in circles.

I am really sorry to hear that you appear to be facing some issues when registering for an online account. Can you trying clearing your cache and cookies and then trying again to see if that alleviates the problem?

I’ve tried logging in incognito, in different browsers and through the app - all won’t let me in and give some form of error.
