Have just ordered broadband and seem unable to create an account. Just get the below message:
We're sorry to see you go
offline
Now you’ve left us, we’ve closed your account and you can no longer register for My Virgin Media.
Was a customer many moons ago but this seems a little odd. Any thoughts?

Sorry to hear you've not been able to create an online account at this time. The email you are using seems to still be connected to an older account. Do you have an alternative email that you can use to create an online account?

Thank you for confirming this blinkertoon. Would you be able to pass account security questions on your older account? If not, do you still live at the same address to which your previous services and account were active 10 years ago?
