Unable to register account - password error

A familiar subject on these forums:

Just signed up for full fibre package a week ago, and I cannot register for an online account, it always says you' cannot use that password', no matter what combo I try, web browser, clearing caches etc. This is massively frustrating. 

I've tried everything suggested in previous forum posts, 

I need help with this.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues setting up an online account. 

Have you been installed yet? If not we would ask that you try again once set up and this should work 🙂

Hi, that doesn't make sense though, as there are numerous emails from Virgin saying 'create an account to change installation appointments etc' 

judging by previous posters with similar issues this is not the problem at all, many of those people were already activated with their services.

I need clarity and a solution.

We have seen this issue resolved by waiting until services have been installed. 

so I can take a closer look at this for you I've sent you a private message (purple envelope, top right hand corner) to get a few more details from you.
