Hi
I am not able to update the phone number linked to my account.
I have tried using the browsers Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Edge. This hasn't helped.
I have tried changing device and connecting to another network. This hasn't helped either.
Attached below is the screenshot of the error.

I have tried to resolve this issue via. Virgin Media's live chat function.
I waited in-queue from around midday until closing hours, and didn't receive a response.
