We have been unable to login to our Virgin Media account for several months now. Using the password reset link, I've managed to reset it on desktop (mobile kept giving the password unacceptable message) but the new password still shows as 'incorrect'. This happens every time I try to reset and has been ongoing for several months now.
Despite contacting Virgin Media and raising multiple complaints, we're still unable to login.
Please can anyone help with this issue? Apparently it was "raised with IT" almost a month ago but radio silence as usual from VM.

I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing problems with your My Virgin Media. I've taken a look on our end, and have identified the problem. As you've mentioned, this issue does normally require an IT Ticket to be raised - and we can definitely look into what has happened.
