I can’t login to my account. When I try and register it says the account already exists and when I try and reset my password it say the account does not exist.
signed up in March and have never been able to log in.
Spent hours on chat and phone and keep getting told it needs to be escalated. Last Tuesday was told someone would get back to me. Still waiting.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
Apologies about the online account issue. It sounds personally from what you've said, you've had an address with Virgin Media before, maybe the same one you're in now on a previous account. You've had an online account there and want to use the same details so it's finding that account.
