Unable to get help- missed payment

I have a missed payment from last month and have been told my services are getting f suspended “in the next few days”. I’ve tried phoning all morning as I will be able to pay the bill this Friday however I do work from home so I need to know the services will not be suspended. Can someone please advise how I can get through to speak to anyone I’ve tried the WhatsApp messenger it isn’t working as none of their messages come through and on text it’s going round in circles saying do I want to switch to WhatsApp and then no WhatsApp coming through.

i should also add I’ve phoned multiple times all morning with no success I don’t get passed on to customer services and I get cut off

Give the VM Collections team a call on 0800 052 0360.

They may be able to assist further as they have options to help, depending on what situation you’re in, including giving a few extra days to pay your bill.
