Unable to get an agreed credit applied to my account

Hi

Back in June 2021, VM agreed that I had been overcharged £100+ during a package changeover which was delayed due to COVID issues. Since then I have had 6 conversations with VM staff, all accepting that the credit was agreed and on each occasion, they said "the issue will be actioned by my manager in the next 48 hours" - It never is!!!!

They won't transfer me to a manager. How do I contact someone (ideally in the UK) who can deal with this?
