Hello,
we've taken out a new customer contract with yourselves, a volt bundle.
I am unable to create an account to log in.
Last week It said "We're sorry to see you go. Now you’ve left us, we’ve closed your account and you can no longer register for My Virgin Media."
Today it is coming up with a DEF01 code. I used to be a Virgin customer 2 years ago but only just come back now.
I have tried both links below as per the sticky message, both show DEF01:

Can any of you look into this?
I can see another user had the same problem and posted it yesterday.

I'm very sorry for any issue you're having registering your online account.
To confirm, are you trying to use the same details you previously used for your old online account?

Yes, I believe it is the same email. That was my suspicion but would of thought that would of been removed when i closed the account nearly 2 years ago.
