I am unable to register for a VM account since my house move has completed, my old VM online account was disconnected and when trying to register with my new account details i receive
"The details you have entered are incorrect, please check and try again."

As part of the home move process VM can/should perform a shift and move to transfer your details across from the old account to the new one.
Forum Staff may be able to do this for you, however it may take a few days before they pick this up.

@newapollo is spot on, if you're wanting to keep the same details, it's a move and transfer process to follow for the online account.
