I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with registering for your online account, please can you try to create your account via incognito/ private browsing mode in your browser?

If this doesn't work, which it does sometimes but if it doesn't we can get this looked into further.

I'm afraid incognito mode didn't help. Would it be possible for tech to setup my account and send me a 1 time password (or something I can change after I have access?)

i also have the above issue no matter what password i use it never works, ive tried the above and it also doesnt work
