Unable to change unknown phone number tied to account.

For at least most of this year i have had an unknown mobile number saved to my account. Ive tried several times to change it online but i get an error every time. Can someone do this manually for me at all?

I have 2 accounts, my parents account is also in my name with my mobile as the contact number. Is it possible your system isnt liking it being used twice?

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you're having an issue with removing a number from your online account. 

We're aware there is an issue with the numbers not updating however our systems are different so we can ensure the details are correct this end. 

In order to update things, I will need to confirm some information with you.

I too am unable change the phone number linked to my account. This is a number i no longer have access to. I am expecting an engineer to call tomorrow, but am concerned he may not turn up if he cannot contact me first.

Please help.
