I'm quite certain this isn't a browser or cookie issue.
Additionally, I'm unable to access mail via pop/smtp
"Mail server responded: [AUTH] Authentication failed."
I, rather foolishly perhaps, went through the "Forgotten your password?" routine and "changed" my password. However there was no indication whether that succeeded or not. Now, not only am I unable to login, I don't know if the "correct" password is my original, or the changed one.
If a VM staff person could assist, I would be most appreciative.
